Water Bath Feature:
- Product Overview:
The electrically heated constant-temperature water bath is one of the commonly used equipment for sample pretreatment in laboratories. It is mainly applied in fields such as medicine, chemical industry, biology, scientific research enterprises and institutions, and laboratories. Its structure consists of the outer shell, the pot body, the electric heater and temperature control components, etc.
- Working principle:
In the constant temperature water bath, a stainless steel tubular heater is placed horizontally. Inside the water tank, there is a perforated shelf. On the upper cover, there are different-sized combination rings that can adapt to different-sized beakers. On the left side of the water bath, there is a drain pipe. The temperature control system uses high-quality electronic components, which is sensitive in temperature control, reliable in performance, and convenient to use. Its working principle is as follows: The sensor converts the temperature of the water in the water tank into a resistance value. After being amplified and compared by the integrated amplifier, a control signal is output, effectively controlling the average heating power of the electric heating tube, so that the water in the water tank maintains a constant temperature.
